Purpose

The purpose of the Leading a Culture of Collaboration Series is to:

  • Implement and apply learning from series participants to individual school contexts
  • Provide opportunities for networking and peer support, to learn from and with other leaders in a variety of contexts

Format

The Learning Community will consist of:

  • Eight 90 minute online sessions, facilitated by Kurtis Hewson via Zoom, for leaders to learn and engage with one another, sharing successes and challenges, as well as next steps they intend to take with their school community.
  • Sessions will include opportunities for discussion, connections to research, sharing of samples and resources, case studies, and planning for individual and collective next steps
  • Inclusion in an asynchronous online forum, to connect with one another, share resources and ask questions between sessions
