Communication in the classroom can involve more than verbal instructions. In this series, EAs will learn the nuances of improved communication in the classroom to assist with all learners regardless of diagnosis. Themes will touch on competency related to assisting the language needs of learners, how communication is important in wellness as a child and an adult, increasing knowledge of communication in the classroom, and looking at specific diagnoses related to communication disorders and delays.
What to Expect Virtual, 1-hour Sessions: Held once a month from 4-5pm, conveniently scheduled after school hours to fit into your busy day.
